I have four children and have ordered from Eastbay previously for shoes and had a good experience every time. They have great prices and a large selection that satisfies all the children's taste.

Relatively good. I was visiting the US from barbados and as such my credit card address is in Barbados. This caused some delays as each time I made a purchase online my details had to be verified by the processing department via phone call. Notwithstanding this the service received was prompt and professional.

Eastbay has consistently been a superior online merchant. They are easy to use. They have excellent inventory and accurate. Product always arrives on time, and in top condition. Have never had any issues with product, always received top quality, merchandise that has not been gone thru, previous return, or any issues. Shopping online does present the possiblity of sizing concerns, but so far, I have been satisfied over 95% of the time, and I believe I have made over a hundred purchases from them and only had to return one item due to sizing or a decision that it wasn't something that I wanted afterall. Not their fault.

I love to shop at Eastbay, because your online catalog is very vast and atractively designed! I am an european customer non US resident, so I have to pay higher cost in shipping and customs, but with your strong promotions and rebates that doesn't discourage me at all. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service. A bit of confusion with the post office, but that was easily rectified. Living in Alaska usually includes outrageous shipping charges. Eastbay uses the USPS so the charges are within a tolerable range. My son has always raved about Eastbay. Now I know why and I will continue to use them as a major source for his athletic equipments.

Everything was fine with the purchase. I unfortunatly ordered the wrong size on 2 items and had to exchange them. I have yet to recieve the new items, but it has only been a week. I spoke with someone from customer service on 4-6-09 and they said it can take 2 to 3 weeks on exchanges.
