I'm currently deployed in Iraq, everytime I place an order a couple of days later I half to provide information about my bank and the 1-800 number for the card. I don't know why if the billing address is different from the shipping address you half to resubmit the order. Also I ordered a fleece top and a pair nike running shoes, I don't know if the order was accepted or not because I haven't gotten and email from eastbay yet.

The only problem we had was when we ordered we asked for overnite shipping and paid a hefty dollar amount to do so. Then after making some calls regarding our order di I find out about the delay for adding personel engraving on the shoes. I requested that the overnight shipping charge be return to me. I missed the notification regarding delays when monogramming. I spoke to a supervisor and and was assured that overnight express charges would be returned to my account. We did received the product and are very satisfied with the product itself. I don't know if the charges have been returned yet. I would like to hear from someone to verify the shipping chages have been returned to me.

Overall the experience was ok. They couldn't find one item and shipped it later. My two complaints are they didn't ship it the same way my original order was shipped and the customer service department gave me two different stories as to why it wasn't shipped, as well as, two different delivery dates. Those two things really upset me when I spoke to customer service the second time.

WHEN I RECEIVED THE WATCH IT WAS SCRATCHED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN THE METAL BOX THAT IT CAME IN AND THERE WAS NO PAPER OR PACKING IN THE BOX AT ALL.

I was happy to find the Chargers hat, as it had a good selection and one particular color style other places didn't have, so I liked that, and I like that I can view it in a larger window, and from multiple directions. I was bummed I couldn't find a Joseph Addi jersey, but most times you guys have the jersey I'm looking for. The package didn't make it in time for Christmas even though I paid extra for the two day shipping to receive by the 23rd, but that's because of the Colorado blizzard we received. I like Eastbay's web site overall to shop!
