The online version was not what I wanted-I could not find an accurate description of the men's jacket. I ordered it-it was not what I wanted-but the quality was great. Recommend a better product description.

My experience with this particular order was very good. I have had several very poor experiences with special orders made through the Annapolis store. On more than one occasion I have placed a special order and then never heard back from the store. When I've inquired about the status of my order I was told the order was never actually submitted for some reason. One instance I can understand and forgive, but this has happened more than once which clearly indicates a significant operational problem at this store.

I was excited to order a hitch mounted Thule Cargo Reciever (nearly $500 purchase!)- it was to be used for a trip I recently took and for future trips. I ordered on a Saturday and selected overnight shipping. I expected to recieve the order by Tuesday of the upcoming week as my tracking/status page had shown each time I checked. Monday passed and on Tuesday I checked the status and to my surprise the status of delivery was gone. I had to call to get to the bottom of it. Turns out there was an error on the companies part - I wasn't suppose to be able to select overnight shipping, as this was a freight delivery item. I am still disappointed. I would have expected a phone call right away on Monday, instead of me having to do the leg work and investigate the problem. Had this been caught ealier there was a chance that I could have still recieved the item before I left on the trip, but due to the oversight and the extra day this was not possible. The lady that assisted was helpful, but a verbal apology from a person whom had no control of the situation is all that was given, no follow up via email or phone call. I would have expected some sort of a sorry and % off coupon to come back and shop at the store or something, anything to smooth over the bad experience. But nothing! Not a good experience and this left me inconvenienced on a long road trip.

I had to place my order 3 times. EMS kept cancelling the order. I had to keep calling to get it reinstated. I guess they were having computer troubles. I was given free shipping after the 2nd cancellation (should have been after the first). Customer service reps were very professional, and the products I received are very high in quality.

Unfortunately, their website had a gliche with real-time inventory. No big deal, they did notify me that my selection was not available and negated the charge. They subsequently found my selection from one of their stores and shipped it to me. Overall, very good service.

I placed my order online for pickup at a nearby store within two hours. Even though the store was just about to open within the two hour period, a call confirmed their awareness of the order and that they held the item from inventory for me. I couldn't expect more.

Six weeks after placing a special order I was informed that the order had never been placed with the supplier and that it would be another 6-8 weeks before it would be delivered. No other compensation for the error was offered. I will not be back.

I was in the store with item in hand and asked it it was on sale. I saw it was online. They scanned it and it was not on sale there. I left without it. I then looked it up online and it was on sale. I ordered it with in store pick-up, and got the sale price. Why did I have to jump through hoops to get the sale price? Very annoying.....

I ordered my items on-line for in store pickup. When I went to the store, my items were not ready. However, the sales rep did take my receipt and hand pick out the items instantly. Overall, EMS is a good place to get outdoor gear.
