I placed my order on 9/13 and requested 2-day air shipping. They sent me a confirmation, but I received nothing after more than a week. I called and got a really unprofessional customer service rep (sounded like he was just hanging out), and he said my order wasn't in their system. He couldn't explain why I got a confirmation nor why I can pull up the order on their website. He said he would get his supervisor to check and call back. He didn't. I called back and got someone better to talk to, but he couldn't explain any of the above, either. He said he'd call back, because he couldn't access part of the system (???). He didn't call back, either. I ordered from someone else and got my order the next day. Electronics Expo's website says just because you request fast shipping doesn't mean you'll receive it in whatever time you paid for, because you have to allow time for them to ship. That makes the whole thing sound really iffy!! I only ordered from them to begin with because they were cheaper on this particular product--but I guess you get what you pay for. With so many other options to buy, I don't know why you would want the hassle of dealing with Electronics Expo. They seem totally incompetent!! I'm going with the tried and true from now on.
