Both products have exceeded my expectations and have performed much better, and at lower cost, than prior purchases of Canon printers. The Epson site is easy to use. The site search engine is excellent, and product lists in drop-down menus are always complete and up-to-date. I never have any problems with orders or with finding what I want on the site. I'm sure we'd all love it if ink was less expensive, but that has nothing to do with the site itself. I have used several Epson products in the past, and have always gotten good performance from the product. For the product I got this time, my only objection is that they do not put the extended duty ink cartridges into the product. Instead, they send minimal quantity ink cartridges with the product. This is a high end product, and they need to make it fitting for the high end user.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Buying from the Epson Store is a mistake. Go to an electronics store where you can take the product back if it doesn't meet your expectations or their advertised performance. fast delivery, I received two e-mails (confirmation of purchase and shipping notification with link to track the package on the UPS website). The item (a scanner) was very well packaged in a kind of soft styrofoam.
