My under mount keyboard system works perfectly, high quality hardware and well finished. I had a problem with the mouse tray, which I ordered as an after thought, in that it would not fit under the desk. That was my problem not Ergo's.
Before I made my selection and purchase I talked to customer service and found them very well informed and they provided me with several product suggestions.
Ergo is one of the best companies I have dealt with, I highly recommend their products and services.

Ordered white board. Start receiving phone calls needing approval for shipping. Shipping cost was over $100. More than half the cost of the White Board. Cancelled the order and purchased from Office Max who had free shipping. The website was confusing, and did not indicate that there would be this shipping issue. Very unprofessional.

The person who called from your company was so pleasant and helpful I asked directly for her extension so I can order from her directly in the future. She could have made or broken any future orders to your company, and I am happy to say my business is still with you. She was great.

Even though I have not received my products yet, ErgoInDemand was prompt about phoning me and letting me know that their supplier was no longer in operation so they would have to go to a different source. They told me this would delay the expected arrival date. If I had to make a similar purchase in the future I would go to them because they seem to be the only company that carries the product I want.

The product that I ordered was discontinued even though it was still being displayed on the website. Why? I had looked a long time to find this particular style/size/color of cd storage, so when, on the day after I had placed my order seemingly successfully, I received a phone call from a customer service rep telling me it had been discontinued, I was very disappointed. However, I did appreciate being made aware of the fact that the product would never be shipped to me. I looked elsewhere for the same product and found it nowhere. I don't know that I will visit this website again. If an item is not actually available for purchase, it should not continued to be diplayed leading consumers to believe it is "in stock" and will soon be on it's way.

I made my purchase on line and within minutes received a call confirming the purchase and delivery. I was told that the delivery would be within 11 business days. I was expecting to receive the chalkboard by the 27th of April, but it actually came on the 22nd so that was great!
The girls, ages 3 and 4 love their new chalkboard and their sidewalk chalk is a lot more fun now!

Previously I used a vendor who would not reveal the full invoice or shipping price until after the order was placed, and then you had to call them to find this information out -all after you already paid a deposit.
