Prices are pretty good and usually the best on the net. Customer service is flaky and it really depends who ends up helping you as a few I have dealt with were useless and a few were pretty good. Return policy is average with the shipping charges placed on any returned gear, even if you exchange items in person at the store. I thought that was kind of excessive. Just be sure you are buying what you want. If you have any question understand you will be out a lot of money for shipping charges.

An ok store. I am always looking at the other stores I like better to see if there price is lower, the same, or even a little higher and I would go with them over Evogear. Customer service is kind of flakey and hit or miss with who ever you speak with. They do have some pretty fair prices on some items.

Excellent Service from Evogear. I live in NewZealand and ordered some ski's through these guys. Was expecting it to take ages for the order to arrive but only took just over a week! Stoked. Very easy to order over the phone and the sales dude was really helpfull. I highly recommend Evogear!

Good merchant...happy with the purchase. Only qualm is that the goods were not suitably wrapped / packaged. I purchased expensive equipment but there was no padding for the gear. Given it was an international order, the potential for the goods to be thrown around and for breakage was quite high. I expected to receive the package with a more protected box. This is especially the case for the bindings.

Overall, I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Evogear.com. My 2nd order arrived sooner than expected. I was also very pleased with how my return was handled with the CSR. My only suggestion is that evogear have free return shipping for returns, especially since my 1st order did not fit. I only gave a fair rating for the merchants tracking because DHL's website indicated my package was still in Utah, when it had already been delivered to my home.
