Total SCAM AND A RIP OFF. They advertise all over there website as new equipment  specifficaly Garmin GPS units. I ordered a Garmin 760. The web page said new. My email confirmation said new. There order confirmation from there own web site even said new. What did I get.... a factory refurbished unit. This is not such a big deal however the price I paid was for that of a new unit. refurbs go for half of what I paid! When i contacted them they said they sent what I ordered. I explained Garmin refused to register product for me because it had already been registered and there was only a thirty day warranty on it (not the year that they advertise on there site). I told them if they did not refund my purchase they would leave me no choice but to have to report it as fraud to my credit card company. They said they'd take me to court for making fraudulent claims. All of this was done via email because no-one will give out the company address or phone number. I am filing a complaint with better business bureau, federal Trade Commission and local authorities. STAY AWAY AND IF YOU ORDERED FROM THEM CANCELL IT RIGHT AWAY!
