When I ordered the merchandise, it said all was in stock. Then 2 weeks later received a notice in mail that there were to be delays. I ended up canceling the order. Nonetheless, I love Fashion Bug and truly wish there was one in the CA bay area... closest store is in Manteca... an hour drive. But I make the drive, the clothes and styles are worth it. Please consider expanding to the bay area.

I love the clothes at FashionBug. I just wish that you guys would sell more dresses, I Love dresses. (Maybe old fashioned dresses?) Anyways, since I was going to be leaving on a trip with my husband I wanted the clothes in time for that. So I ordered for next day or 3 day shipping. But it took a little longer then that. Furtunately, the clothing came in time and it was a great trip. It just cut it very close.

I PLACED A ORDER ON 11-31-08 AND PAID FOR THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AS I NEEDED THIS ITEM FOR A VACATION THAT I WAS TAKING. UPON REVIEW OF THE CONFIRMATION I FOUND THAT THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED AND THE ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY WOULD BE 8-12 DAYS, I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR INTERNET SALES AND A REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE, EXCEPT TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER AND SHE WOULD WAIVE THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY AND WHEN I REVIEWED THE SECOND CONFRIMATION IT WAS STILL INCOMPLETE, AFTER A THIRD CALL, I SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR THERESA DENNIS AND SHE ADVISED ME THAT SHE WOULD SHIP ANOTHER OUT AT NO CHARGE, MY HUSBAND WAS SO UPSET WITH THE ISSUE HE ADVISED ME TO JUST CANCEL THE ORDER, WHICH I DID AND AFTER ALL THE MISTAKES, I NOW HAVE TWO OF THE SAME ITEM, AND I FEEL THAT I SHOULD HAVE ONLY BEEN CHARGED FOR ONE SINCE THE MISTAKE WAS ON THE PART OF FASHION BUG.

I FELT THE ONLINE PROCESS WAS EASY TO FOLLOW AND I AM NOT VERY COMPUTER SAVVY. THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND I DID NEED TO FOLLOWUP OR CONTACT ANYONE.

I can always count on Fashion Bug when I need something. I was on vacation and did not want to buy right then. When I got home I checked the web site and not only, was it there but it was on sale. Yeah! Love that! ~C~

I have been looking for this kind of suit and have been checking stores all summer but never to see one. Then I was in the store in Delavan Wi. and saw the suit but the size was to big for me. That gave me the idea to look online and was happy to find what I was looking for. I watched and waited untill I got a special and the suit was then more affordable.

I love the Fashion Bug. It is the only place that carries Plus size clothes that are stylish for big women. Everyone else's clothes are frumpy and make you look bigger and dumpy.

Order was not received on the specified delivery date it was 1 day later than it was supposed to be delivered. Also, I was charged incorrectly for an item but I will address that when I make my next payment. I will also be addressing the possibility of getting charged the overnite charge when I didn't get it overnite.

I received all my items and everything was good except for 1 top that I received in the wrong size and since it was a Christmas gift I cannot send it to the person and because it was on sale, it wasn't worth paying postage to send it back. One bad situation kinda spoils it for a person, so probably would not order from Fashion Bug on line again.

I called the 800 customer service number to do an exchange and i was advised that i would only get half credit because there is no exchanges. i understand if i was doing a return that i only get half credit. I was advised after talking to another rep that i could go to a store and do and equal exchange for the full amount. i went to the store that was 45 min away and it took over an hour for the store manager to do this. She didnt listen to me or was very helpful. She kept telling me what she was doing was going to lose her job. I advised her that i am not tryng to lose her job, i just wanted to do an exchange. I am very disappointed it was this much of an hassle to exchange clothing.

I ordered a $35 gift card on 10/12/08 for my daughters birthday on 10/18/08. After repeated phone calls, which cost me a lot on my cell phone charges, after being told repeatedly that it would be "overnighted" at no expense to me because of their mistakes, she finally got it on 11/11/08. A month is totally unacceptable to me and I'm sure it would be to you also. Respectfully submitted by Trudy Anthony
