The ice maker on my refrigerator broke down a couple of months ago.  I looked at a number of part supply stores in Toronto and prices were over $200.  So I shopped around online to see if I could find a better deal - eventually running into filtersfast.  The price was less than half (although there is the difference from the exchange rate).  While I browsed through their site I decided to also look for the water filter for my model.  Although not half price for those, it was still a substantial discount.  So I decided to order from them and see what happened.  I was worried that there may be some issues or difficulties with shipping from the US to Canada but talked to a customer service rep and they would deliver through Fedex International shipping.  I placed my order on a Sunday night.  By Tuesday morning the package was at my home in Canada and I was able to install it that night.  No problems at all in the entire process. After shipping charges, taxes and the exchange rate, I still ended up saving almost 40% ($80).  True to their name, I got my filter fast - and now I once more have ice.
