Excellent! I am so tired of having the cold water line clogged to my washing machine, despite a whole house filter system for our well. I dreaded having to pull out the washer to try to clean out the tiny filter screen and then get the hoses back so they didn't leak all over the floor. This is just what I needed to fix the problem.

I am happy that I found your company on the www.  Quick delivery of well packaged filters for a reasonable price were what I was looking for and that is what I found.  I found the site easy to use with complete information for me to choose the appropriate filter for my health as well as my heating/cooling system.  I found two other sites that were slightly easier to use, but their prices were excessive.  Some other sites were impossible to use unless I knew each of the manufacturers' names and they had prices that closely matched the high priced sites.  Those sites, also, made it very difficult to compare filters from the different manufacturers.  Lastly, I was pleased to see that your shipping costs were reasonable.

I ordered 2 filters for my jacuzzi on August the 8th, I immediately got an email with my status and trackingnumber.
I wrote down some questions for Filterfast because the brand and number on my old filter are no longer available, so I needed to know if they had a replacement for my old filters. It turned out to be no problem for them.
The response wast very quick and clear. Excellent customer service.
On August the 12th my filters were delivered to me at my doorstep (in the Netherlands). GREAT!!

I was very pleased with the service I received in placing my online order. The replacement water filter I ordered for my refrigerator was processed and shipped the same day as ordered which really surprised me for a Friday afternoon, and I received it clear across the country on Tuesday morning. Very impressive! The price I paid, living in a rural area, was about 40% less from FiltersFast, despite paying shipping and handling. Having previously bought my Samsung refrigerator filters from another dealer, I searched the web and found FiltersFast offering a cheaper, but comparable filter (Aqua Fresh) at a lower price.  I ordered on Monday and received the filters on Thursday via Priorty mail.  Now that is FiltersFast!  Great doing business with them and will in the future.

Delivery is faster than if I were to look for the filters in my local box store.  My initial order was for a water filter on the supply from our well.  I was advised to try a kind that has worked very well for us.  We do not have great pressure and this filter gets the junk out and still gives us good pressure.  I called without knowing what part numbers I needed this last time, and customer service found my last order and even made the suggestion to increase my order to save the shipping.  Very satisfied, I only wish they carried air filters too, then life would be perfect.

The delivery box was damaged and the filter was as well. I called but no one has called back. The post office wrote "box unsealed" on the box and just put a rubber band around it.

Online ordering was great. We have used you before.

I live in a rural setting. Therefore I do not get mail at my street address because my driveway connects to a major Farm to Market road. I always ask for delivery to my PO Box in town because stuff always gets there, and quick.

FedEx almost never finds us until the second or third delivery. This shipment took too long, even before the two extra days for local fumbling.

We have Better luck with UPS, because the delivery guy has been on this route for years and knows where we are. UPS seems faster also.

In our case, Filters Fast was Filters Slow.

I'm impressed!  Ordered 2 filters June 27, received them July 2 (didn't request expedited shipment).  Filters are OEM filters, at a very reasonable price.  Price was comparable and better than I could have purchased from other on-line vendors that offered other than OEM filters.   I was kept informed of status every step of the way, from order received to order delivered.  Overall, I'm a very happy customer.  Will definitely order from Filtersfast.com again.

I ordered my filters for my refrigerators and they were so much cheaper than ordering them through the manufacturer. They wanted $50 each. Once I ordered them, I received them in about a week.
