Recently I placed an order with FiltersFast and I found them to be extremely professional and their name says it all FAST!  I was told delivery would be 30th June, 2009 in Melbourne Australia and they were delivered on the 29th June.

Prior to ordering I had a couple of questions and sent emails, they were very prompt with responding to me.

My goods were delivered in excellent condition and will refer them to others that require filters, very happy with their service and professionalism.

I was trying to get my order fast, and paid extra for the USPS Priority mail service. Nevertheless, the order was shipped as FedEx ground, and nobody even bothered explaining the discrepancy, or offering a refund. Needless to say, I did not get my order when expected.

First off I recieved an e-mail lettig me know that it was time to  reorder and by golly it was.  Fantastic....... the order was placed on line no fuss no muss. great.  the order came in about five days was witch was just super. I have purchased filters for my refridgerator water dispenser and furnace from FiltersFast for years now. They always have a great price, deliver quickly, and communicate clearly. Only once were they out of stock on an item but I was informed right away and the part arrived only a few days later than I initially expected. They are a great online retailer with excellent service and I will keep doing business with them.

FiltersFast had the lowest prices when I was looking at several sites for a replacement. Their product descriptions furnish plenty of info and the web site is easy to navigate. I received the tracking info and the filter on the very same day! Fast, efficient and lowprices!  I'd definitely recommend Filtersfast and I'll be back the next time I need a replacement.  I am a frequent internet shopper, so I research any item I intend on Purchasing. The product had fluctuating prices on many sites- but all were higher than FiltersFast.  The filter arrived in perfect shape and it was a breeze to install.  Over all, this shopping experience could not have been better! I ordered my filter on 6/17/2009 and received it 9 days later- not the 2-6 days as promised.  Fast Filters they are not, but the filter arrived well packaged and and was a direct replacement for the more expensive OEM.

I needed a new filter for our Amana fridge - the first time we had to replace it.

I did an online search for the type of filter I needed. I searched to purchase online, as well as searched online for a store that carried it.

I checked out your site and the price was good as well as the comments. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived on Friday or Saturday.

I appreciated the delivery status updates.

Installation was easy and we have filtered water and ice.

I disovered this firm while searching for replacement water filters for the kitchen sink and refrigerator. The prices were excellent, and I placed my order on a Monday evening.  To my surprise, there they were on my doorstep Thursday afternoon ... and they were the right ones!  The cost was less than half of what the local appliance parts store wanted, and shipping was about the same as what I would have paid in sales tax.  

To sum it up, my order was delivered within 3 days, very reasonable shipping charges, outstanding prices. This is what on-line shopping should be! No need to shop elsewhere.

I did receive the order. Thank you. However the filter is damaged.  Looks like it was damaged during transit.  You can see where something heavy was put on the box carrying the filter which also damaged the filter.  How can I get this one replaced?  Thank You, Sherry Bento

Got what I ordered but filtersfast is VERY VERy slow to actually ship product.  The name should be "filtersslow.com" because the shipping department is horribly slow filling orders.  I only ordered from filtersfast because my local lowe's stores have not had the filters in stock lately.

Fast, easy, decent price, no problems.  I'm a repeat customer and will use FiltersFast.com again when time to replace this filter.  My purchase was from FiltersFast.com via Amazon.  Ordered Sunday evening, filter arrived Thursday a.m. @ work (thought it was coming UPS vice USPS, UPS or FedEx would have been my preference over USPS).  I opted for normal shipping/handling, $7 was a little high IMO but overall purchase price was less than Lowe's, w/ tax and a special trip -- no-brainer.

The web form was easy to use to secure that I bought the right filter and everything from entering my details, placing the international order, delivery (1 weekday faster than expected) and tracking/notifications was informative and worked perfectly.
Only remark would be that you can't handle non-american characters correctly like åäö (swedish), which might cause delivery problem. As business is trully international today it is worth updating the solutions to handle all international characters including russian and chineese.

DELIVERY SPEED WAS EXCEPTIONAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FRIENDLY, EVEN WHEN HE INFORMED ME THAT THERE WOULD BE A RESTOCKING FEE TO RETURN THE FILTERS THAT WERE CUT 3\4 OF AN INCH TOO SMALL. OVERALL SATISFACTION IS PRETTY LOW. ACTUALLY NONEXISTANT.

I originally ordered 3 furnace filters. I received them promptly but one of the filters was damaged to the point it was unusable. I was concerned that I would end up paying extra to get a new filter and return the damaged filter. I emailed support and they promptly sent out a new filter and I didn't have to bother sending back the damaged filter. This was a great shopping experience, the filters I ordered were delivered in a timely manner and the price was terrific.  I was especially pleased with the shipping costs and would gladly order from you again.  The only suggestion I would make is that during the ordering process it would be nice to be able to enlarge the photo of the item.  I was ordering a refrigerator water filter and while it was the correct one I wasn't sure it would be until it arrived.  If I had been able to see the photograph more clearly I would have been more confident that I was ordering the correct thing.  Otherwise a great experience.
