I wanted to try the Sedu inonic hair dryer (TGR 4000i) to see if my hair would dry faster. However, I need a finger diffuser. My diffuser does not fit (it is universal & won't fit on the end) so I ordered the Sedu finger diffuser thinking it would fit the dryer. IT DOES NOT! So now I have to return the diffuser and try to find another one that fits! Also, I had to buy the ionic stying wand along with the dryer which I do not want and do not need. I just want the dryer (and a properly fitting diffuser).

These guys advertise the lowest price on sites like thefind.com for salon products they don't actually stock.  I "ordered" vavoom freezing spray which they claim to sell for $12.95.  After taking my order they told me it was "out of stock" and kept changing the expected in-stock date.  Finally they just cancelled the order.  I had seen on their website where they had claimed an earler expected in-stock date even prior to my order.  I don't believe they ever actually had the product, but rather are playing the ol' bait-and-switch game hoping you'll purchase something else from them, perhaps with better margins.  This is plain and simple FALSE ADVERTISING and speaks to their ethics.  I'd rather spend a few more bucks for an honest company that doesn't waste my time.  How about you?

Hold on to your pursestrings....this company is run by thieves. If you opt for "free shipping" they send it out by pony express. If you opt for "express shipping" they send it by way of the incompetent US Postal Service (not UPS or FedEx)....need I say more. The real clincher is when you call customer service to complain...they're trained to play dumb and when that fails they turn nasty. Through my own error in mailing address my first order was returned to Folica. I was not informed of this by Folica, until after I emailed their customer service department. I certainly don't blame them for my mistake, but feel they might have notified me by email before taking my first order back as a return. When I placed the order a second time, I was extremely satisfied with the service.
