Order was correct on behalf of customer, but folica sent package to wrong address!!!!

Order was placed by customer and the order sheet reflects the correct “billing address” and the correct “ship to” address.
However, the shipment was sent to the “billing address” and not the “ship to” address as I submitted on the order form and as the order form states! I did place the order right and the order sheet is correct – YET, the package was sent to the “billing address”! Why?

I have tried to talk to several customer service reps on Saturday and again today – was even treated rudely and hung up on – and I have received no help and no answers to why this occurred…one rep even said it was my fault!!!! How could it be my fault when I placed the order right and the order sheet is correct!!!! Now I am out of money and out of a product and yet I can not get any help from folica.  Waiting to hear...

This is my second time of ordering from Folica. The first time was excellent. This time I ordered a 'special' gift set. I received an e-mail stating that part of it was on backorder but the rest would be shipped. I didn't receive anything so I contacted Folica. I did not receive an answer on my first e-mail. My second one was answered promptly; however, I was told that since I ordered a gift set, nothing would be sent until it was all in stock. This is okay if I get it before Christmas. I would have appreciated that being stated in the first e-mail notification. I do anticipate receiving my order in good shape.

Item arrived in great condition and on time. My only complaint was that I received an email confirming the order but I never received an email confirming shipment. Website says it doesn't charge your account until item ships. Howver my account was charged the day it was ordered but I didn't know if it had been shipped. I had to call customer service and the representative was very helpful.

Sir/Madam: I was out of town when the blowdryer was delivered. My family members brought it in for me and when I returned home yesterday, I was shocked to hear the package rattle when I picked it up. The packing materials were completely insufficient and there the blowdryer was obviously a re-sale because the inside packing of the dryer was not properly put together to protect the dryer from banging around in transit. I was completely disappointed with your packing and with the dryer that already has a rattle/buzz to it when it is turned on. Lorilee Immel immel2@cox.net

I received a back order notice for one of the products on 11/20 stating it would be shipped on 12/11. They did not ship the other two products I ordered and I assume they'll ship it with the holding spray. Regardless, the web site shows the alleged back order product, Bumble & Bumble Holding Spray, to be 'in stock and available to ship today'. I find this to be insulting and dishonest. I won't do business with them again. By the way, they charged me already without shipping anything. Again, dishonest. I'm totally dissatisfied.
