I love the selection of merchandise that this company carries. I had never been that interested in what I wore UNDER my clothes until I saw all the cool styles that were available thanks to the internet. (Not like you can go to your local JC Pennys and purchase carbon tanks or underwear!) Anyhow, I have been very happy with them. The only gripe I would have is that I think that their discounts should apply to all the merchandise, marked down or not, because it doesn't specify otherwise on their discount coupons that they send out. And it was somewhat of a hassle to get everything in the shopping cart and find out it didn't then. And I think they should have sales more often...but, hey...I'm the buyer! What else would you expect me to say there!

Ordered 2 bras, although the same style #, one measured 2 inches bigger around, had different lot #'s and had to be returned. Asked cust. service to check the lot # on the only other one left in stock and they said they were not able to because the warehouse is in texas, cust. service is in NY and for some reason, could not phone and have someone pyhsically check. Took a chance and reordered it. Fortunately it was the one that fit. Received a return label at no charge to return and am waiting for a credit on the first one.

My order went thru perfectly. Unfortunately the shipping process was poor. The tracking shows it arrived in Torrance on March 3rd & the expected home delivery date was March 5. Fresh Pair's arrival date was between the 7th & the 13th. By the 13th my order had still not arrived & no one knows what became of it. The supervisor at the PO said he would look into it & let me know but so far I have not found out a thing. I called Fresh Pair & they said they would send me out another pair, but since they did not have the color I wanted in stock any longer, I have to wait until they do. I was told it would be 6 - 8 weeks. I rated the customer service on the problem as excellent because he assured me it would be taken care of as soon as the color came in & would send it out at the next better delivery service. Hopefully all goes well. Since it is not the fault of the merchant, I have no complaints.
