I was unhappy to find that the merchandise was actually priced higher on the website from which I ordered than the actual manufacturer's tags priced it. I had thought FreshPair was at least mildly discounting the merchandise wo that was a surprise. I will probably only look at sale items from this vendor in the future.

i was unsure if i should keep the product. i need to actually wear it to determine if i liked the fit. after wearing one day, the product stretch and no longer provided support. per your policy, i am unable to return a product that i believe is of poor quality to me but again, i had to wear it to find that out. i'm sure i could have returned this to a brick and mortar store. Although i may shop this sight again, i am less likely to do so if i can find what i am looking for elsewhere. i'm stuck w/ a $62 useless item.

Freshpair has been fairly good with orders. They have supply problems, and they've canceled orders, and in the confusion, I feel that they've charged me for items I never received. When an item is in stock, I have always received it promptly and in good condition. Their website is by far the best -- communicating clearly what they are selling.

sizing was not as expected. I think you could reorder from this site but you need to be fitted first by a professional When I spend $70.00 on a bra it needs to make me look great. Still waiting on my refund to be processed.

This is the first time I've shopped on this site; I believe the site was referred through a search on UPromise for "spanx." Being able to shop through UPromise is always a big plus for me. The overall experience with ordering, receiving and a phone call to customer service concerning the return of the item ordered went very well. Had to wait till a week day to make the phone call though, due to the fact that they do not have cust.service hours on weekends, that can be a little difficult for some people that cannot get the time during the normal working hours to phone. Item was priced a little high but since they paid for the shipping it evened out with other web sites selling the product. But since I had to return item due to the fit, (Spanx does not take into consideration the petite buyer with a short torso), I had to pay even more to return item and make sure it was insured. Other sites that sell the same item give a return pre-paid label and the cost of that is much lower than I had to pay out of pocket myself. I stated that I would shop again but without a better return option, I probably will not due to the fact that the items must be tried on to see if they fit (except panties) and if they don't then they must be sent back, which was a bit of a hassle and cost me extra.

The restocking fees just didn't make it worthwhile. The DKNY Mesh bra I thought was a sheer mesh, not a padded mesh. At one time, she made a sheer mesh and this appeared what it was. This is a good bra, however, I have one by Calvin in almost same color. I also didn't like the idea of having to order several items that were not in stock what would be on a certain date, so I just didn't order them. The underswear came in limited colors and I can get a better selection from Hanes or Bali mail order. The restocking is just stupid and made the purchase not worth it. I am accustomed to shopping at Saks, and higher end than that at times where I don't have to think about these things so it was my fault for not checking to see if there were restocking fees and oversight. The selections come out somewhat crazy and you have to keep going back to forth to check on what you have. While my prodcuts are satisfactory, I'll never order from again. My husband's t-shirts 2x-ist since they come in aaa box and are packaged, I have no problem with. I felt as if my stuff was all seconds. Thank you and creepy.
