Terrible customer service doesn't even properly describe it! We ordered some outdoor furniture (including a matching chair and footstool) during their sale at the end of the summer. First they sent one item by truck and they scheduled delivery when we were going to be out of town! When I called to reschedule they told me that us wasn't their problem and I'd have to pay the trucking company extra money just for storing the item until we were home! When we got the delivery my husband put together the chair and it wobbled terribly because one leg was 1/2" too short! Nothing we could do would fix it but it was so much trouble to assemble we decided to put a wooden block under our elegant $600 chair and move on. We put the footstool box in the garage, sickened by our Frontgate experience.
I just unpacked the footstool - it wasn't the footstool we had ordered and were charged for, it's an aluminum, 5 foot step ladder! I contacted their so-called Customer Service but - guess what? The 90-day period for returns has passed! So even though they shipped up something we can't use and didn't order, we're out of luck!
Never, ever, ever again.
I'm putting "Never showed" as my delivery review because it's true - the item we ordered never even showed up!
