I ordered a table from this site at the beginning of December. I called to find out what the status was because it had been a couple weeks and I had expected the item to have arrived. I had been sent a email stating it had shipped so I figured maybe it was just a little delayed, but no, 2 weeks after I purchased the item it took me calling to find out that the item was out of stock! I asked for my refund and was told it would be processed, 3 days later nothing, so I called by and was told my Robert that he would take care of it. And still no return! I called this morning to ask, and Robert actually says, "what you're calling again!" Well yeah, I want my money! And he tells me he can do nothing more but I will get my money! Can you believe that? I am absolutely put off my this company and their poor customer service, I should not have to call 2 weeks after the fact to find out I am not getting my product. And now they are giving me a hard time refunding my money.
