I was looking for bookcases and found one that fit my requirements.  They were only available from 2 places, furniturebuzz and amazon.  I looked at all the reviews for furniturebuzz and decided no way was I going to buy from them, their reviews are horrible.  Then I found out shipping at Amazon was going to be $50 higher, plus the bookcases were more expensive too, so I decided to give Furniturebuzz a chance.  I was sure that after I waited the 20 days I was going to be calling for a refund like everyone else.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when they (I ordered 2 bookcases) actually arrived 20 days after I ordered them.  The cartons were reinforced on the sides and ends and they arrived in perfect condition.  I was afraid they would be split open and pieces missing or scratched.   

They also send tracking numbers, so I was able to keep track, good thing, because fedex had a problem.  I would have had them a day sooner, but fedex put themon Shipment Exception, because they said the barcodes were unreadable, but still they were only delayed a day.

I am going to buy another bookcase from them, I decided I need three.  So I guess I would buy from them, small items only, and nothing I need right away, becuase they are not quick.
