My furniturebuzz shopping experience is nothing short of ridiculous. The initial order went through efficiently but the delivery was botched. Having been told that replacements would be 'rush' ordered I am still without my complete order. Thus far it's 3 weeks into waiting and with every call I am told that the product is in transit from the manufacturer. I would think the mode of transportation is ox-wagon.

I plan on giving them one more week become putting the charge on dispute with my credit card and having them cancel the unfulfilled order. So far my wait for the replacement has been about the same as the wait for the initial order.

DON'T SHOP HERE - you definitely pay for the discounted price in other ways.

I have to say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Furniture Buzz. I ordered a TV stand and two side cabinets THREE weeks ago and as of now, these items have not even been put on a truck to be shipped yet. I was told from the time I   Read full review...

I ordered several items from FurnitureBuzz on July 13th. Items were all listed in stock, and shipment was listed as 7-14 days. My credit card was charged on July 14. After 15 days I contacted FurnitureBuzz by e-mail about the status of my order. They did not respond to the e-mail. After 25 days I contacted them by phone. I was told that the items should have been shipped, and probably would be shipped in the next few days, and that I would receive an e-mail that day with the status. That was two days ago, and still no e-mail or explanation.

Wonderful! I know I’m the first to review FurnitureBuzz but trust me they were *WONDERFUL*. I ordered a twin bed: headboard and a footboard w/ a toy chest built in. I got it at a GREAT price and in a very timely manner. 8 days. They sent emails every step of the way that I was also able to review on their website. They shipped the product via Fed-EX where I was able to track the packages from FurnitureBuzz to my front door. I appreciate FurnitureBuzz for their fabulous service. My 5 year old son appreciates his daddy for using FurnitureBuzz.com.
