I was a little hesitant to buy from this merchant because I had never heard of them and they didn't yet have a 'rating', however, was pleasantly surprised...I received an email because I inadvertently switched my home and shipping address and this caused the credit card to be declined...I then called them, they straightened it all out over the phone--quickly and efficiently---and there was no delay whatsoever in my shipment...I will DEFINITLEY use this merchant again (especially since it was the ONLY merchant carrying this product without a 4-6 week delay)...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Although the wrong item was initially sent to me, they promptly corrected this and sent me the intended game. I understand that mistakes do happen, and this minor delay didn't take away much from this overall good shopping experience. I would order from them again should the need arise.

I would never buy anything from GameQuest Direct again and I would recommend the same to anyone else. I bought a used game from them that took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did arrive it didn't even work. Their customer service in dealing with the problem was among the worst that I have ever experienced. I eventually had to get Amazon involved in order to resolve the problem because they hooked me up with GameQuest. When GameQuest finally agreed to give me a refund for the game, they made me pay for the shipping to get it back to them. I have been in contact with them regarding this several times and have not even received a response to my e-mails.
This evaluation of GameQuest has no reflection on Amazon. Amazon's customer service has always been great.

Pre-sales support was excellent, but post-sale customer support is nonexistent. I had a few questions about a game, so I sent an email, and received a detailed response within 24 hours. I went ahead and bought the game through them, and was fairly satisfied with the service and delivery time. The game, however, was not what I was looking for. I asked for a RMA per the return policy found on the website, and have yet to receive a response. It’s been a week since I placed the request. So, in my experience, once GameQuestDirect has your money, they completely ignore you. Buy at your own risk!

The games where here in no time and they had the real hard to find game I have been looking for at all the software stores, including Best Buy. By the way the name of the game is Dai Senryaku for Xbox and it is great if you like turn based military strategy games that are real in depth.

I received what I ordered, in perfect condition. I didn't receive it exactly when I expected it, but it wasn't too long after that. That isn't necessarily GameQuest Direct's fault, so overall I'd say that my experience was excellent.

Great, user friendly site to order! The information was clear. The merchandise arrived in a few days from order. I was notified when the order had been received and when the order had been shipped. The shipping order told me what day to expect UPS delivery, and lo and behold, it was right on!

Slower than average processing time for orders; horrible tracking information for UPS; prices on Playstation games are outrageously high; prices for games on other systems vary - some are average price, some are rather high, however this merchant does stock a lot of very rare and out of print titles; if the statement on their website is true and all their games are brand new factory sealed and not re-wrapped demo copies, etc. then this site has a lot of good finds; received a GameCube game from them which looked like it possibly may have been a re-wrapped copy but since Nintendo does not put security seals on their GameCube games, have no way of knowing for sure.
