The ONLINE STORE is very EASY to navigate and easy to order. If you have any questions, you may call their 800 number and they will assist you promptly and in a very friendly manner! I have been a customer for years.
Their PRODUCTS are all of excellent quality. I never had to return anything because I was disappointed with it's quality.
The products arrive fast,if you have questions, the people are very friendly and will help you. Even the automated phone system is USER friendly and you get through quickly with a minimum of waiting.
I sound as if I work for them but I don't. However if you look at my garden supplies, they look like a Gardener's Supply catalog!
I give their catalog to my hubby for my Christmas/gift list and he orders from what I've checked off.
NEVER had a problem that wasn't fixed IMMEDIATELY at no cost to me!
