my experience was excellent with Geeks.com. I only had one thing that I would consider a negative. the laptop was advertised with Microsoft XP loaded. It came loaded with robunto, but they did sent the correct software with the purchase to where I only had to download the XP software.

I have a number of computers which have small 40 gig hard drives which are hard to buy these days when buying replacement drives. I found your drives on line by searching for cheap hard drives and so was happy to see you sold them (refurbished). I live in LA and the drives arrived the next day after ordering them which was great! I have a question, how much of the stuff you promote on your site is new, and how much is refurbished? I can't tell easily from your promo.

refurbished items are expected to be checked for serviceability. This item was not serviceable. This means that the customer has to pay as more for the shipping and return and replacement as the original purchase price.

Have done a lot of shopping at the Geeks and I am usually more than pleased with the merchandise. Had a problem with my most recent order. A user's manual was not packaged with the TV-DVD recorder. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. I hope they follow thru as fast with supply the missing manual.

I ordered two Dell 2850 2U servers. Both were damaged, but, I swapped parts and made one good one to keep and asked for replacement for #2. The next two replacment servers were also damaged and #5 has a bad RAM slot. I decided to keep it and use 2 2-GB RAM sticks if Geeks send the RAM. I am still waiting.

I was repairing an older computer that had crashed. The board I needed was only available here as reconditioned. I was a little hesitant but needed to fix it quickly anyway. I could not be happier with the ordering, confirmation, tracking, and delivery. It arrived on time and in good condition. The board was perfect for the repair and worked great.
