I would like to see a choice of whom the shipping is done through. My last order came via FedEx and they left they went to the wrong house, then couldn't make it back out here for at least another day. I have had bad luck with FedEx. Sometimes they get my house number right, and sometimes not. I would rather deal with UPS. The package may be smashed, but at least it is at my house.

I ordered an MP3 player (not knowing it was from the UK.) I do not want to have to play around with getting licences for CD's that I already own, so I want to return it. I looked all over the web site and finaly came accoss there return prossess. I filled out the form and asked for an RMA #. This was 2 days ago and I have still not heard back from them.

Geeks.com needs to use a different Shipper. Fedex Gound makes only one attempt to deliver your item and sends it back. I went to there office to pick this item up and guess what they could'nt find it so Geeks.com lost a sale because of the shipper. When they found it,the item was sent back...

Usually the customer service is very good, however some of their products should not be offered if they are broken in some way or do not work. For the most part I have had great experience with this place and will continue to shop with them when the needs arise. This purchase though went very well - and so far the Mp3 seem like a very good deal and reliable.

Ordered a MP3 player that was advertised as having an FM tuner. Received simular product that did not have an FM tuner. Called and explained the importance of having the FM tuner as advertised because the present was going to a homeless shelter where there was no access to a computer. They told me I could keep the current one and expidited the Same model with out FM tuner over night to me. I called again and they said they would e-mail me a RMA to return both for credit. They never e-mailed me with an RMA.
