I researched similar products, selected what I wanted & selected dealer based on price and appearance of website. I was notified the order had been shipped right away, but then received a phone call saying it hadn't and trying to switch me to another model. I declined and was told it would be about 10 days for the product I wanted. After that I received no update, nor could track the order, until the product arrived about 20 days after the order.

GoVacuum's selection of products was good, they answered my questions in short order and I received what I bought in good condition and within a reasonable amount of time. I will likely purchase accessories from this vendor for the machines I bought some time in the future.

Due to my mistake, I thought the owners manual had not come. When I called about it they were most helpful. Later I found it in the bottom of the box and informed them right away.
Their price for the product was also quite good.

The item was listed as in stock. When the order was placed, it was not clear that it was out of stock permanently (no longer being made). A follow-up e-mail yielded a promise to find some product, but nothing has materialized. The item is STILL listed on the web site as in stock.

We ordered 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived yet. Phone calls resulted in non-english speaking person who promised it would be shipped Friday or Monday, but failed to say of what week or month. Still waiting. And waiting. Only good thing is credit card has not been charged. Should have purchased from a store. Big mistake ordering from this place. Would not recommend to worst enemy. Total dissatisfaction. Sweeper better be worth the hassle. Couldn't imagine having to send it back, would be a MAJOR pain I am certain.

My first order was for incorrect bags;I immediately ordered correct bags and asked that my original order be cancelled. I also did this via e-mail and telephone message. No acknowledgement of cancellation was made. Several days later I received an e-mail informing me that my cancelled order was on the way! I now believe that this message was sent by mistake, as no incorrect bags ever were delivered.
