I was very, very pleased with my experience. I only ordered belts(2) and a beater for my little vacuum and they treated my order as if I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of merchandice. Needless to say they are hanging out in My Favorites.

1st of all, they charged my account knowing item was 'out of stock'. Received item only after 3 phone call and three email attempts but still took more than 2 weeks for me to receive item. In the future, they should give the shopper the option of paying for item if item is out of stock.

Product did not show so I called. They were surprised it hadn't shown so they immediately resent the order and I received it two days later. Very polite and concerned about customer service.

Order placed on January 9th. Nothing received by 24th. Called and was told product had just arrived and would be shipped out Monday. Their own website states "We don't charge your credit card until your shipment is labelled and ready for shipment." My card was charged on the 9th, the day I placed my order, when, by their own admission, they did not even have my product in stock. They said they had printed my label, even though the supplier was out of stock, and so they billed me that day! They insisted this was not inconsistent with their stated policy!

I still do not have my order.

I would not trust these people. I guess I will have to use my credit card company to get my money back.

Well its been over two weeks since I ordered my product. Sent in an email was told it was going to ship yesterday.. it didn't. So today I called them only to be told that they would get it out today...again they didn't ship it .. Was told the delay was due to the fact they moved and they didn't bother to notify about this delay over thanksgiving(aparently it effects order prior too...). Either way I have yet to see a change in my order and I will be calling them again tomorrow. This place is crap and to the point in getting my money back and going elsewhere. I know this was supposedly because they moved.. OK, but to be lied to by 2 people is what does this so called "company" in. They dont offer any way to even track your status on their site or allow an account to allow this . If you delete your email there is no way for you to follow your order status.. Even though my status never has changed and for their holiday excuse to be legit I would of had to ordered after thankgiving to it to be effected.

I was looking for a vacuum and reluctant to buy a Miele because it is so expensive. I had one but it is over 15 years old and not working any longer. I was researching online and was impressed to see that GoVacuum had gone to the trouble to prove why the CR vacuum report was wrong (I find this is often the case) and to demonstrate the Miele. I appreciated this and so used GoVacuum for my purchase after I had checked into the different product lines to buy my vacuum. Amazon had this vaccum too but I used you guys specifically because you had posted the YouTube information, which I appreciated. P.S. I called ahead this time and was given the incorrect part number for my filter and it took three calls to get the correct part number. Generally good. Problem was with a promotion for orders over $150. I was supposed to get a hand vacuum free, and it was supposed to happen automatically. It didn't. The phone call to customer service was quick and solved the problem, though. They sent the hand vac, and I got it today, 10/20/08.

I love shopping at GoVacuum. I used to have to go to 2 different places for these bags and can now do everything from the comfort of my home. Delivery was fast, I saved on gas and time, and now I even have a nice box I can use to ship a care package to my son who is off at school. I have recommended GoVacuum to several of my friends.
