Goddess Within

I had two different orders from GWBeauty aka Goddess Within.
One item was back ordered.  I was given the option to cancel this order, which I emailed them and cancelled. 

The next day I received an email that the order had been researched and "Oh Goody" the order had shipped!  If I wanted it cancelled I would now have to follow another process that would include mailing the product back.

The second order which was shipped on 12/22/08 has yet to arrive; I am still waiting on it!

Very poor Customer Service, terrible tracking system and the wait is too long!  I have oredered these same products from other sites and received my product in a very timely manner and the cost was the same!

Still have not received my order!
