I placed a $1254 order on 6th Jan for waxing accessories. As I am living in Asia, I need to pay $199.52 for shipping fee (via Fedex). First two weeks they kept stating it would arrive in next 7 days. A week later they stated on backorder and had to wait 7 days more. I wrote them back again asking about cancellation and they wrote back said that it shipped via Fedex. I had been trying to check the delivery status for a while but never have any info. After I called Fedex and got the new information that they give us only the tracking number but the Fedex didn't even pick up the parcel yet. I emailed them and mentioned this information. They wrote back to me and stated that it shipped by USPS because Fedex could not find my Address. It is not impossible because I'm living in the city not in the forest. 1254$ is a lot of money for me and this product I do need for running my career. The worst thing is they have already took my money from the credit card!! I don't understand why Yahoo e-commerce still supporting this kind of business. Tell me what I need to do to get my money back!!
