I FINALLY received my shipment today!  One day after having to go out to ULTA to pick up what I needed since I hadn't received my package from GW.  I originally ordered from GW because no one carries the 32oz MOP Glisten Shampoo, which I love and will go to great lengths to get it.  I love ULTA but they only carry the 8oz bottle.  I ordered the shampoo along with various other products because they were also promoting free shipping with a $75 order and a free bottle of OPI nail polish.  I thought what the heck.  I ordered mid-March.  It's now April 27th and I just received my order...but of course it wasn't a complete order and the free nail polish wasn't what I requested and it wasn't something I would wear...it was purple.  Nothing against the color, I just don't prefer it on my nails and I can't really pull of that color! lol.  I wish I had read these reviews.  What a horrible company to buy from and their customer service is absolutely awful.  I emailed them letting them know my disgust with them and that I would be returning all items if and once I receive my package.  All I got back from them was..."you will receive your order by the end of the week".  What blatent disrespect and lack of concern for the customer!  I will OBVIOUSLY not be buying from them again but do hope that this will prevent others from buying from this company and having the same horrible experience.
