Goddess Within

I placed an order with Goddess Within because they had such a great price on the product I wanted to purchase. I had done extensive research on the FHI Flat Iron and was thrilled when I found it for a substantial savings than on the other websites. I learned my lesson, if it is too good to be true, don't do it! I received my order fairly quickly but I decided the item wasn't for me. I contacted their customer service and they were friendly so I had no reason to think the experience would take a turn for the worse. It has been one month and I still do not have my credit for the returned item. I had tracked the returned item so I knew it had arrived safely. I have spoken to their customer service eight times in the last four weeks and they would appease me by saying, "It is being processed". However, it never was. I also found the customer service department to be rude and the outright ties to me were becoming frustrating. So, I finally called my bank and they seized the funds back for me. However it should never have come to that. I would never deal with Goddess Within again and would not recommend their website to anyone. I have never had such a horrible experience with an on line company. They shouldn't be in business!
