After weeks of looking at websites for gifts for my groomsmen, I found Great Timing on Google. After comparing prices with at least a dozen other sites, Great Timing had 2 things that mattered: lowest price and an authorized dealer. They beat all other Skagen dealers on price. No shipping charges was a huge bonus. I purchased 6 Skagen watches for my groomsmen.

I had questions before the purchase and received responses within 12 hours. I ordered the watches late on Thursday and received them on Monday. They were very securely packaged. I was so pleased that I ordered another watch for my father. I have already told several other people that they should use Great Timing. Thanks for everything!

Great Timing uses USPS Prioity Mail as their delivery method, which does not provide great tracking, but Great Timing itself is right on top of email and sent order and shipping confirmation mails and is very responsive to individual inquiries (I had answers in less than an hour to my questions).

the online order system failed to work on my computer. after i emailed the company they responded quickly and took my order by phone. the watch arrived very quickly and without charge as promised. my only regret is that ordering through the world wide web means i now receive spam from other companies which, i assume, flow from this order.

Not only did GreatTiming.net have the best price on the internet for my Skagen watch, but even with their web site having temporary problems, I received my watch within 2 days. I ended up calling their 1-800 number because I could not ''check-out'' my purchases due to a temporary glitch with their site. Within about 30 minutes, I got a call from one of the owners who manually took my order and apologized for the inconvenience. Now that's GREAT SERVICE!
