I had a good experience at GreatPrinter Deals. The printer arrived on time. However,I had expected a "new" printer as the advertisement said. It is clear that the printer that I received has been used and refurbished. The printer works good ( I just got it set up yesterday on 3/10/2008) and I have not had ay issues with it , thus far. The price was right and the printer is working. I would use this company again for another printer in the future.

Printer did not work after the second or third print job. I paid what I thought to be a reasonable price for the printer but I guess that was too much given the condition of the printer. Now I have to spend time and more money to send it back. I will not be purchasing from this merchant again.

Purchased 3 HP1320 printers as NEW condition. All 3 arrived on-time and in HP boxes. Only 1 of the 3 arrived in what would be definitely NEW condition packaging. The other 2 printers were operable but I was not able to ascertain if they were NEW. One printer definitely had been USED previously. In general, these are hard to find in NEW condition and the PRICE was right. Altogether, I am satisfied.
