I have had my eye on the orbit baby since I knew I was pregnant. But where I live there are no baby boutiques that I could just go to and see a demo of how it works. And before I was willing to shell out so much money for a stroller, I wanted to make sure I knew EVERYTHING about it. So….I did some research calling all different baby stores. Most people just gave me the same old 10 min time, just stating the features, what comes with it and yada yada... when it came closer to actually buying the stroller one of my friends, had recommended Happymothers to me (she had a previously good experience with them, and was confident I would be happy buying from them as well) Well before I placed the order I wanted to speak to a live person to assure myself of everything I needed to know before actually purchasing it. Well I called customer service at happymothers and I was floored by how UNBELIEVABLE the service was. All I asked was tell me about the stroller. The women spend at least 30 min on the phone with me telling me EVERY single detail of the stroller. Every question I had she answered with no hesitation, with delight and pleasantness. she even compared other strollers at the same price range, letting me know why I'm getting a good deal, and why to orbit baby would really suit my life style. I never felt so confident in a company like I did after speaking to happymothers. Well I purchased the stroller that day, and received it 2 days later. With a complimentary weather pack that is normally sold separately. My stroller is AMAZING. I love it! I want all to know just how wonderful the service at happymothers was, and how grateful I am to them for being so helpful, and so dedicated to their customer satisfaction. Just a really pleasant experience.
