I bought my niece a Silver cross Merlin Rocking horse from happymothers.com I was impressed with the treatment I had received from this company, They called me to verify all the information since my address and the shipping address differed. Since this order was a gift, they included a gift card, that was more beautiful then I expected, handwritten with a nice personal touch. They are terrible if you have a problem -- the customer service is rarely available on the phone and I was told contradictory advice by the phone reps. I was first told that I could return a product and then later told that I couldn't. I ended up with a product that I didn't want. Watch out for their return policy -- you can't open a package to see the product -- if you do so, they won't accept a return.

I ordered a baby gate from Happy Mothers. When it arrived, it was broken. Now, this is not their fault. However...

Customer service is only available during business hours, and it arrived on a Friday. So the earliest I could call to get a replacement was Monday. They assured me that FedEx would pick up the damaged gate, and they would send me a replacement. So far, so good.

Except they didn't have any more of these gates. It was back ordered. And they didn't check their stock. And FedEx didn't come.

So I called again on Tuesday to get FedEx to come. Found out the gate was back ordered, so I canceled to replacement and ordered it from somewhere else. It's Friday now, and I still have a broken gate despite repeated phone calls. And, despite the fact that I canceled the replacement they shipped it anyway. So on Monday I'll have 3 gates (1 still broken) all on my Visa.

Save yourself the headache. Shop somewhere else.

I made a purchase from them and the product turned out to be different than expected. I returned the product using USPS and after weeks of waiting contacted customer service. They claimed they never received the product. The customer service representative mentioned that there are so many returns in the warehouse that it might take a while to find it. However my return was never found and the money was never refunded. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great customer service when I placed order, item shipped out that same day as promised...........was on its way by that night, super fast shipping! Received item across US within a week, was the only online store that actually had item in stock (some say they do but they really don't) and did not need to get it from the Manufacturer, SUPER++++ Item was damaged during shipping or was defective (not sure), they had Fed-X pick it up, offered to ship a new one out right away but I needed a stroller ASAP so I just requested a refund. Item was shipped back and I received a personal call that my refund was processed, definite "hassle free returns". I will recommend to my friends because I like to support small businesses and I like the personal touch, everytime you call, you get a live person, which is hard to find these days! I will shop again!

We got our order in 2 days. We loved the fact that shipping was free after paying almost 300 dollars on a Britax Car Seat it's great to see that you don't have to pay 40 dollars more for shipping like the last time I got a car seat in the mail from a diffrent vendor I will not say. I will say that Happymothers.com is a super store for fast and free shipping.
