After placing my experience on this site I got an email a couple of days later stating they were "sorry for their error" and have re-shipped my order. I finally received the order a few days later which included everything that I ordered.

I placed an order in early January. I received a confirmation that this order had been shipped out. Days had gone by and no package came. I emailed the company several times only to get no response. I also called multiple times to either get a busy signal or no answer. I have been working with the USPS as they are in belief that I was not given a correct tracking number as my package was delivered to Norwood Mass. and I live in NH.

I am now in the process of filing a mail fraud report, a report with the BBB of California, Paypal and anything else I can do to stop this company. I am not the only complaint you will see about this company on the WWW. Others have experienced the same thing....I only wished I had looked the company up before purchasing.

The website offers many ways to pay and even will capture your email address if you want to receive promotions etc. They also are placed at the top of a google page when searching for Ipod accessories.

I have placed many orders with websites and this is my first experience of being ripped off.
