I wanted to write in, and say what an amazing site you have and what a helpful guy Marc was. I was looking for a leather cover, but didn't want to pay alot for one, and came upon your weathered leather outback rust cover. How refreshing that you show all your covers on an actual futon and frame. It really seemed to look like actual leather, so I took a chance and bought it after talking with Marc. When I got it, I couldn't believe the quality and leather appearance of this cover. It really does look and feel just like leather, but at a great price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products, and their hands-on, customer-friendly service they provide over the phone. They really know their stuff!

I loved the great selection of prints to choose from when I looked for a new cover for my futon. I ordered several free samples to look at before making a final decision on the color. It helped tremendously to be able to put the fabric swatches next to the curtains and the rug in the room that my futon is in. I went back to the site and ordered on a Monday morning and received my order that Thursday (the same week) WOW!!! I am extremely please with this company's customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

The ordering and delivery process was fine, actually even faster than promised. Price was very competitive and sales person helpful.

The Tempur-Pedic King top of the line mattress is definitely different. One of us hates it and one loves it. Very hard and with the 8 inch foundation, quite high to climb onto. It was suppose to soften a bit in the first month, but 2 months now, and it still is very hard. The pillows take some of getting used to, but again, one likes and one cannot use them.

The mattress is really heavy. Hope we never have to move it. We will see if it lasts longer than a traditional mattress.

My experience at Habitat Futons was very good. I wanted to get a larger mattress and had only heard great things about the tempurpedic. In an online search, I read that Habitat was the best deal (while they did not offer a discount on the actual mattress, they had free shipping and a free gift).

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, product was as described.

After trying out the Tempur-Pedic bed during a hotel stay, we were hooked! We slept so comfortably. Once home, we researched several places that carried the beds, but a review of Habitat Futons really stuck out. We ended up buying the Tempur-Pedic classic from them over the phone since they were several states away. They were very professional throughout the process and even helped us arrange the delivery to coincide with the purchase of our new home. We are very pleased with their service...and the bed couldn't be better!

i, like others did some research on beds, and with my Chiropractors seal of approval decided on the Deluxe Tempur-Pedic. when checking reviews of the mattress it seemed Habitat futons name came up a lot. i called and was helped by a wonderful lady named Melissa. i had the inside delivery since i have back problems, and hoped the delivery man would at least get it into the kitchen for me. I was so pleased with the service from Habitat Futons and especially Melissa. the mattress & Foundation came early, and i was called by the delivery company to have an appointment set up. the delivery guy not only brought it in the house, he helped me get them out of the boxes and set on my frame. he was very nice and very helpful. thank you to him and to Melissa. I'm still not sure about the bed, it's only been 2 weeks, but I'd deal with Habitat Futons again in a second.

You will be very glad you chose this mattress and this company! They are incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and you feel like you know exactly what you're getting into with this purchase. Let's be honest, most tempur-pedic mattresses do not come cheap and so it felt wonderful to know exactly what I was getting (and at a great price too!). I purchased a deluxe Tempur-Pedic California King mattress and foundation through Habitat Futons. The customer service during the purchase was excellent. The mattress and foundations were delivered exactly as promised, and my overall satisfaction with my buying experience from Habitat Futons would be considered an excellent experience.

Habitat Futons was excellent from beginning to end. First, when I researched Tempur-Pedic, the web site was the only place I found complete information about the different Tempur-Pedic choices. Armed with this information, I called Habitat Futons and the person on line answered all my questions.

Several months later, I was ready to purchase a Tempur-Pedic for my new house. I called the Habitat Futon number again and I got the same person. She remembered me and our conversation. She even asked about the new house. I ordered and requested that the delivery be on a certain day, the day that movers were delivering our household goods. The delivery came right on schedule.

We have been using the Tempur-Pedic for six weeks and just love it. From the first night, we both slept through the night. It is so comfortable my wife says that I do not snore any more.

I would recommend both the Tempur-Pedic mattress and Habitat Futons to anyone.

We wanted a top quality mattress after sleeping on a lumpy futon for too many years. We tried a TempurPedic mattress in a retail store. I went online to research TempurPedic and found a very helpful web site not affiliated with any store. It was on that site that Habitat Futons was recommended. I was initially hesitant about ordering online, but between the two sites, they alleviated my concerns. The fact that Habitat had various accreditations from epinions and other online consumer site also alleviated my concerns.

Factors in favor of ordering from Habitat: lack of sales tax, sale price, pillows thrown in, no delivery fee.

The delivery and the driver were one of the best. I ordered my mattress from Melissa and she made sure that it was delivered as fast as she could. My experience with the ordering and the delivery was excellent. I really like the mattress, but the pillows are a little to hard for my liking. I would like them to be a little softer, so I can cuddle them.

Everything was exactly as promised. Delivery was on schedule, everything I ordered was delivered, and no trouble when ordering. All the extra stuff arrived as promised. The only thing to be careful about: read the mattress delivery agreement carefully! The mattress is delivered to your door, but not carried inside or up to your bedroom. These mattresses are heavy, so you'll definitely need two fairly strong people to move it.

I LOVE my new Classic King Tempur-Pedic. From start to finish, the service was outstanding! Habitat Futons has hit the nail right on the head! Dean on the sales team was extremely helpful and knew everything about the Tempur-Pedic line of products. Delivery was on time and the ABF Freight delivery men were very caring to our needs. I would highly recommend Habitat Futons to anyone considering a purchase from their store. I rate Habitat Futons Tempur-Pedic Bed Division with a rating of 10 out of 10. Accuracy of the order was correct, delivery was super. I actually received the order prior to the expected delivery date. Notification of shipment was given prior to delivery. I returned the first mattress, it was a bit firmer than I wanted. There was no problem with the return, the delivery personnel even helped to package the returned item. I definitely recommend Habitat Futons to everyone. Maryland shopper.

I called a telephone number for Tempur-Pedic that was in a magazine I had. I was told that you could not buy Tempur-Pedic beds through any store and the person I talked to seemed annoyed with my questions. I then researched through the Internet and came across the name of Habitat Futons, Tempur-Pedic Division. I called and all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner. I was skeptical ordering out of state, but my order was taken accurately, the delivery was made on time and they were great people to deal with. I was very surprised at all the things (shipping, mattress cover, pillows) Marc Anderson gives with an order. I ordered an adjustable bed and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When I get ready to replace the bedding in my guest room, it will be with Habitat Futons, Tempur-Pedic Division.

I researched locally as well as on the Internet and their deals cannot be beaten. You can't even get a better deal buying direct from Tempur-Pedic. I tried out a bed locally and my back stopped hurting the moment I laid down on it. I've had chronic lower back pain for 15 years but have had absolutely no pain since we got our Tempur-pedic. The customer service I received was excellent and they also delivered faster than the factory. Best of all, the delivery was FREE! That's a savings of $159.00 right off of the top, not to mention the freebies to sweeten the deal. I highly recommend these people. They know the products they sell and they sell at the right price. The only bad thing about a Tempur-pedic is you have to get out of it eventually.

Marc Anderson was extremely helpful when I called with my questions about the tempurpedic bed. He is very knowledgeable about the product. They offer 3 different delivery options -- at no charge. I asked for the 'white glove' service -- where they deliver and set up and haul away the boxes. The order was shipped on time and arrived within the specified time frame. I had a problem with the delivery company (not a person from Habitat, but a different company) not wanting to open box, take upstairs, set up and haul away. I immediately called Marc back and he fixed the problem --- bed was set up and materials gone within 1 hour of my calling -- plus I had the delivery company call me during this process and apologize profusely. I call that excellent customer service. I am extremely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tempurpedic bed --- they even offer incentives for buying from them.
