DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!!!Extremely bad customer service! I bought the Chelsea two sink vanity. It looked beautiful in the catalog. When I received it it was supposed to be delivered upstairs, according to the rep at Home Decorators. However, the delivery people refused, so after many phone calls they agreed they should have delivered it correctly,but after weeks of waiting with no action I finally had to pay someone else to bring it upstairs.
To make matters worse the handles kept falling off the vanity. I kept fixing them but finally after months of doing this I couldn't fix them anymore. I called Home decorators and they said, "your beyond the 91 day return policy there is nothing we will do for you" I told them I didn't want to return the unit and I just need a pair of handles and screws that weren't defective! I had been trying to fix the vanity since the first day I received it. They completely refused. I have bought several items from this catalog, and each had its own problem.
Please do not buy from this company, they have the worst substandard products and the worst customer service! (They may look good in the catalog but don't be fooled!!)
