The worst company I have ever dealt with after hundreds of online orders!

I placed an order with homeannex.com on 10/21/2008. They debited almost $400 from my checking account immediately. My status never updated beyong paid, so I began making phonecalls. I was lied to repeatedly that the items were due to ship out the very next day. It has never happened. Lies up lies after being on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time.

Even though this company has been removed from the BBB for their performance, I still filed a complaint. I also filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Office for fraud. Please do the same! The Attorney General would love to know about all these complaints and how they have ripped off customers.

The New York City Police Department surely has much better things to do, but please also file a police report for theft against this company.

I doubt I will get my money back, but I have every intention of making sure they don't forget my name.

Leave a message at extension 215, this is the president and person responsible for taking your money!

I have ordered literally hundreds of items off the internet and have never been treated so shabbily or outright had my money stolen from me as this company has done.
