Either they are crooks or incompetent

I was told my parts were in stock. My credit card was charged immediately. It is now seven week later and no product. Customer service never picks up, sales picks up quickly.

After about 3 weeks I called, Sales told me that customer service could help, no one picked up for 45 minutes. I called Sales and they told me they would send an email when they determined when the items were available

I called today (seven weeks after PAYING for the order) and I asked about the same products and was told they were in stock and had an ETA of 5 days. When I told them of my existing order I was put on hold for 15 minutes and told that they had to check with the manufacturer and would call me back. This contradicted their previous statement that the items were in stock.

The Sales person was quite nice and I feel sorry for her having to try to deal with customers ripped off by this organization.

My guess is that they will not call and I will have to go through my credit card company.

Stay Away, pay a little more somewhere else it is worth it.
