THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!  BBB CUT THEM OFF in 2007!

I ordered cabinet knobs/handles back on December 3, 2008 and have been pursuing either the product or a refund for the past four months.  It's been months of being on hold, disconnected, unreturned phone calls, outright lies, EVASIVENESS, and ongoing procrastination.  I've NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service before.  They are advertising products they don't even have...and/or have no intention of selling.  I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB in New York AND in New Jersey (although - beware - THAT branch went out of business and therefore will never refund THOSE complaints filed).  I am filing complaints with their corporate offcies, Hickory Hardware (who they claimed was to blame for the delay, which I now know otherwise), BuySafe (and every other business that lists them as "safe" on their website), and every other contact person I've touched base in their company over the past 4 months. 

To the one who mentioned "avoid Patrick", you were right - he won't take calls.  Would you like the long list of OTHER employees to avoid or not waste your time dealing with?  It's well-documented and quite extensive.  To the one who said "Try Mark at Extension 214", his voicemail no longer takes messages.  I DID finally get through, and he seemed surprised and IRRITATED that his name is posted on this website as somebody who could actually get a REFUND completed.  Told me to write out my info and e-mail him, which I did.  (incidentally, he made me promise not to post his e-mail address on this site!).  Haven't heard back from him since, and now cannot get through.  He's probably changed his number by now, folks.  Honestly, it's like this company is some sort of EVIL rip-off organization. 

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.  Hopefully, they will be around only long enough to honor their refunds before they go out of business for good.
