This company charges for products, but does not send them! FRAUD!

TERRIBLE customer service so far. I am easy to please and this company has lost me! I am 35 and have never received this poor of customer service! Ever!! I was charged for the item I ordered a month ago. I ordered them at the price listed on the website + shipping and saw the charge come out of my bank account. One week after I was charged the company sends me an email saying, "Due to a human error on our website we will need more money for the order. Thank you for understanding" WHAT? You already charged me and now you say you need more money? Is this a joke? This breaks every law of business 101! I have NEVER heard of this. Now, a month later, they will not respond to emails, nor will an actual person pick up the telephone. NOR do they have a physical address, NOR do they have any email addresses listed other than "sales" or "customer service". I call and they quickly send me to "Anthony's" voicemail. Who is he? I call back and say that I do not want to be forwarded to someone's voicemail and would prefer to be heard, but before I get my words out I hear a CLICK. Yep, they hung up on me. UNREAL! Never NEVER buy ANYTHING here, unless you want to be taken! This is a fraudulent operation!
