I have to say I ordered from this company via underbid dot com.

GINGER KUBIC DOUBLE LIGHT LARGE ROSETTE 4.6" - 3682L for $230.47 

Only after ordering, I checked epinions and found so many horrible reviews.  I actually wrote PayPal and underbid asking how they can be associated with merchant with so many bad reviews.   I was even getting the paperwork ready to have my credit union try and recover my money.

Now I must add that this company has terrible customer service.  No tracking or shipping was ever provided nor was any email requests for shipping info returned.  BUT two weeks after I ordered the light, it arrived.  It did come with one cracked light shade.

Not only was I convinced I would never see my order I went ahead and ordered the same light at another online shop for $40 more. 


Now I have two light fixtures, I will use the 2nd light on the next bathroom.


The ordered was dropped shipped from the light manufacture.  So I can say I am happy.  The manufacture sent me a replacement shade in 5 days.

Hopefully I wil remember to check epinions first next time.  I might even order from this company again.
