DON"T ORDER FROM HOMEANNEX!! I ordered two lamps. Homeannex processed the payment but then sent an email saying the item is discontinued and not available. I have been trying for three weeks to get my account credited. No one replies to emails. I can't get in touch by phone with the person assigned to the account. There is no voice mail option and I've called his extension over 20 times and can't get him to answer.
DON"T ORDER FROM HOMEANNEX! !It's next to impossible to get anyone to answer. Their service is TERRIBLE. Empty promises, no responses. Good looking web page, recorded messages sound attractive, but their service is TERRIBLE. I get the impression that Homeannex is deliberate in the poor customer service. To quote their hold message: "appearance matters" but apparently that's all that matters to them. I was just on hold for 32 minutes only to have the call finally go to a voicemail for "mailbox 402", whatever that is. So frustrating!!
DON"T ORDER FROM HOMEANNEX!! I can't stress it enough!! DON"T ORDER FROM HOMEANNEX!! If anyone working there has any type of conscience I feel sorry for them for having to work for a company that has no conscience.
