I found the best deal ever on Royal Albert Old Country Roses fine china on Homeclick, and after reading reviews about the site, I was very afraid. I decided to try and order when I found out the company was under new management. I am soooo glad I did! I got a most beautiful set of fine bone china for an AMAZING price! I ordered two sets and one of them came with three broken pieces, and HomeClick gave me $20 for them, which is not a lot, but is fair considering how much I paid for the sets. I can't vouch for all that they sell, but I am very, very glad with my purchase and all of their customer service calls and emails. I got regular emails and the delivery was on time.

They have always been a good company to work with. I was very surprise of the news that they were closing. I had a monessen fireplace on order from last week. Since they refunded all orders I went and ordered it from http://www.ibuywoodstoves.com and they shipped it 2 days later.

I have purchased through homeclick.com several times in the past 4 years. Each time it was for a china and flatware pattern for either wedding gift or Christmas gift. I've had an EXCELLENT experience with Homeclick. Their customer service was great. They were responsive to my questions, Delivery was on time and sometime earlier than expected. The packing of the china in all cases was PERFECT! Overall I was very impressed with Homeclick.com and would and have recommend them to many friends and family members. Maybe the experience I had was due to the products I ordered were coming direct from mfg? That may have been the reason for the good packaging? Whatever the reason, they apparently had a good relationship with those mfg. I'm disappointed this website is not available to place orders.

Homeclick is "temporarily" closed... Unfortunately, my order was placed before they were closed... Not to mention that I received NO notification of this situation. I only learned about it after I went online to figure out what was happening with my order.
They claim to have cancelled and refunded all orders - mine has not yet been refunded and they have not responded to any calls or emails. This company embraces dishonest business practices as it's core value system. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HOMECLICK.COM!!!! |

3/26/09 Homeclick is definitely out of business - website closed - says "all orders that have not been fulfilled have been cancelled or refunded". Fat chance of getting anything out of them. As the middlemen, they never had responsiblity for the product in the first place. Buyer beware and call your credit card company to report this. You may be able to dispute the charges.

What customer service? I have been trying to return an order for 2 weeks. There customer service number is never answered. The emails for a RA# are never answered. Luckily my brother is good friends with the Attorney General of New Jersey. Maybe they will answer his office's emails and phone calls.

I ordered a BBQ. The site said it would ship in 2-3 business days. Then the order confirm came and said it would ship in 3 weeks. I called within 10 minutes to cancel (and was on hold for 15 minutes) and was told that would be fine to cancel. The next day I got a computer email that said it was too late to cancel and I had to take the item. Really? Too late to cancel an item that wasnt going to ship for 3 weeks?

i've ordered several things from homeclick over the last 5 years (3 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks and faucets, shower plumbing, a bathtub, a dishwasher) and have always had good service and a positive experience with them. except for the dishwasher, i didn't have any sort of urgency about the time frame for delivery, so a few days here or there was not a problem. for the toilets, they sent the wrong tanks and replaced them with the correct ones within a week or so.
also, i work from home, so being here to meet delivery folks is not a problem. most everything but the faucets/shower stuff was delivered via freight and they call you for a delivery appointment anyway. oh, and their prices are great. i will keep ordering from them; sorry other folks are having such an awful time with them. |

We ordered a towel warmer with "satin nickle" finish and received a towel warmer that was painted. We returned the item and purchased a chrome version (which we verified was actually chrome!). However, HomeClick charged us a restocking fee even though we made the case that the description was misleading and we did purchase the towel warmer in a different finish. Bad form!

After reading some of the reviews about HomeClick, I was apprehensive about ordering from them. However, they were offering the bed I wanted (Klaussner Miller Mission Bed) at 50% less than other merchants. Since most people seemed to complain about delivery time, and since time was not of the essence for me, I crossed my fingers and took the plunge by ordering the bed on 1/13/09. Today, 2/2/09, the bed is sitting in my bedroom and looking better than I'd expected. It even came with slats with support legs which hadn't been mentioned in the ad. Great! Between the time I ordered and the time I received the bed, Homeclick's customer support was weak, and their delivery notification system was poor. However, aside from that, I'm very happy with them, and feel I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else.

Customer service is only polite when taking your money/order. If you need to do a return, you get the cold shoulder and an e-mail with instructions- that's it. I called AND e-mailed Homeclick for further help, because there was an inaccuracy in their product search description, and I didn't feel it was fair to charge a re-stocking fee plus ALL shipping on the order. No response at all! I'm out almost $80, and stuck with the product.

We have been doing a major renovation on our house and purchased a $6,000 Liebherr refrigerator. The box sat on site for a few weeks before being opened at which point it was clear that it was completely damaged. We called Homeclick and were told that there was nothing they could do to fix or replace the damaged unit. We have called a number of times and are told the same thing each time "im sorry, but there is nothing we can do" . Now we are stuck with a unit that has smashed up shelving and doors - in the process of dealing with a consumer advocacy lawyer. We will NEVER shop here again.

There is no such thing as delivery speed from Homeclick.com. Their pricing is great but, the wait is hardly worth it. If you are on a schedule, don't order from them. Order accuracy is good. Customer Service will cut you off if you are waiting longer

I was so excited to get a good deal... I've been burned by "low internet prices" before, so i called and spoke to a real person. I was assured there weren't any hidden fees, that the merchandise wasn't refurbished, and I was willing to wait the 4-6 weeks (despite the fact that the toilet I wanted was "in stock" just one day prior to my ordering it). 6 weeks later... nothing. No contact, nothing. I called and they couldn't locate the warehouse manager to find out even if my order had shipped. They couldn't give me any estimates if it would ship or not.
This, despite the fact that they charged my credit card when I placed the order. Since I wouldn't hand over $3,000 to a stranger without getting anything, I cancelled my order. Perhaps they do a good job if they actually ship your item, but if it's not in stock, find another retailer. |

Stay away from this store if you want prompt shipment or service.
I have ordered an item that I needed to receive before a certain date only to be told that the item is shipped from the manufacturers warehouse and the only shipping option is ground shipping. It was impossible to figure out if the item has shipped already or not, but it's impossible to cancel an order if the item has shipped. The customer service is useless since they claim not to have any information. Finally the item was shipped later than they have promised and did not arrive on time. Not a happy epxericence. |

I had ordered a floating swimsuit for my son to take on our vacation. The price at this store was 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. They told me it should arrive in about 5 days. When I checked on the order status it said that the shipment had been delayed. When I called customer service they told me that the item was allocated for shipment and that it would ship out in 1-2 days. One week later and 2 weeks since originally placing the order it still had not shipped. I called customer service 3 or 4 different times and they all told me that my order was allocated for shipment and should ship in 1-2 days. When i finally called spoke with a supervisor she called the warehouse and she told me that they did not even have the item in stock. She said that they had known this all this time but the other people i had talked to had not told me this. I will never order from this site again.

I placed my order and did receive a confirmation email within a very short period of time, however, what I ordered is a Christmas present and the confirmation email said it will be shipped by 1/5/2009. This is not acceptable, when I placed the order on line it should have indicated that their would be a delay in shipping or say OUT OF STOCK. I placed this order on line on 11/30/08. I believe that if I had known the order would not arrive in time for Christmas then I might have changed the shipping address. Now, if and when I receive this order I will have to turn around and reship it to the recipient because they live out of state but will be visiting for the Christmas Holidays so they would have been able to take their gift home with them. Very disappointed.

I have ordered on 2 separate occasions and both times I have been given a shipping date. The day before my item is set to ship I received an automated email saying the shipping has been delayed and there is no estimated arrival date. When I called, the customer service rep stated that the item was shipping from the manufacturer and that they don't have any idea when it will ship and that I should call back in a few weeks....a few weeks!! Broken promises are unacceptable...TWICE! I am yet to receive my items so I cannot review the quality...maybe I will review in a few weeks.....ha!

The medicine cabinet I ordered from Homeclick arrived broken (it was shipped via UPS). I called to report the damage and Homeclick customer service said I would receive replacement item by middle of the following week. After more than a week went by with no communication from Homeclick, I called again, only to discover the replacement order had not even been submitted yet.
The shipment damage was not Homeclick's fault, but their lack of follow-through was disappointing. I emailed Homeclick to ask that they NOT use UPS for shipment of the replacement item - they did not acknowledge this communication in any way (even to tell me they couldn't honor the request), but just shipped with UPS again. |

When I recieved the notice, I call to cancel and was refused because they said it had already been shipped. That is strange that homeclick has given me the delay notice just 6 hour before. I will never use this merchant again and warn others who may consider using them.

I purchased $2,000 in bath fixture. After waiting 5 weeks they delivered used, repacked damaged items. Extremely difficult and time consuming to get anyone from their customer service department on the phone. I cannot get anyone there to issue a return authorization. I assume I will need to take legal action to try to recover my loss. I have been shopping online for years and this is by far the worst experience ever.
