I can't say enough about Homeclick. I ordered a big item, a toilet, and I was a little nervous. Their return policy is clear about damaged items but none the less.. Anyway, it came packaged unbelievably well. They know what they're doing. The thing was all strapped up, padded, etc. Really fine work. Price couldn't be beat also. This was the first of many purchases for my renovation. Prepare for more business guys. Dealing with Homeclick was a good experience.

They charge your credit card for items they don't have

Do not do business with these crooked people!!! I placed an order in December, 2003 for items that the merchant showed to have in stock. My credit card was charged. They did not have the items in stock, which I did not learn until I began complaining weeks later. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount charged. They refused to give me a refund, even though they never shipped me the items. Only after I contacted my credit card company did I receive a response, promising me a refund (in February). However, they later refunded only 90% of the amount charged to my card. Be careful! Other similar companies have recently charged credit cards for items that they did not have, and then filed bankruptcy!

I placed an order for a Grohe faucet. I contacted their Customer Service Department for an expected delivery date 2 days after I placed the order. A very helpful rep told me it had already shipped and provided me with a tracking number. The faucet arrived in perfect condition.
I am very happy with Homeclick and will recommend them to my friends. |

I'm very pleased with my HomeClick order. The site was easy to navigate (I found the lamp I was looking for after typing in the model # in their search box). I got a great price and I received it only 7 days after I placed the order. I have to say I'm surprised by all of the negative comments on this board. This is my third order with HomeClick and I will certainly buy from them again. Great company!

They don't tell the truth. Homeclick site says 2 to 3 day leadtime on a Toto toilet. They delivered the bowl (bottom part of a two piece toilet), at about two weeks, but not the tank... After a month, still only half a Toto. Customer service is a voicemail or email that may get answered someday.
Despite poor delivery, HomeClick was extremely quick to bill the charge card! This is my last experience with HomeClick. I need a store that delivers. |

I have ordered several pieces of Dansk flatware. They charged my account after 6 days. Their add says one week lead time. After two weeks, I inquired about the status of my order and they said two to three weeks. It has now been nearly a month and they have not responded to three other E-mails. I had decided that this was a scam. I am, however, glad to see that some other people actually received their products. I would rate this company the poorest that I have ever used on the net. I will never use them again.

I ordered a votive for a birthday present for my friend. It's been a week since I ordered the item, and although they said the lead time would be a week, they have not yet shipped. The gift won't arrive on time. The customer services is impossible to get to. I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes only to be transferred and the put on hold again, a classic case of bad customer services.

I ordered a Kosta Boda product from HomeClick on December 19..The only information when you check on order status on their website is "processing" with a one week lead time. Now, it's 12 days later and I have emailed them 3 times and called them twice to get my order status in detail. They do not respond to emails. They do not return phone calls. I have no idea whether I will ever get this product. I would never use this company again but the problem is that THEY DON'T CARE!... BUYER BEWARE

I purchased a Kohler toilet from Homeclick.com in October. The toilet was missing a part and the seat was cracked. I left numerous voice mails and e-mails to their customer service over the past two months and never received a reply. In the end I had to go to Kohler directly and they shipped me the missing part for free.
If you are considering a purchase I strongly urge going elsewhere. |

bought a Blanco sink 511-748 and a Grohe LadyLux Cafe pull-out spray 33-758. best price around hands down. beat local showroom by over $400 combined. delivery speed was so-so. recieved Grohe 10 days after placing order - Blanco was 11 days. don't order here if you are in a hurry. the shipping was free, but there were no shipping options (ie. overnight/next day). products were exactly what i expected despite having the wrong specs for the sink on their website (listed it as 8" deep and had wrong model number on spec page) but i was assured (by costumer service)the product would have the same specs as the blanco website. customer service is TOUGH to get on phone! LONG LONG wait times! only way to check order status is through website with your order number. they do not email you the tracking numbers. AOL guarantee made me feel comfortable buying online. BEST ADVICE = if you order early and you are not in a rush, you can save yourself a bunch of money.

My experience with those guys was really bad - the customer service didn't reply on my e-mails until a week later, never giving me the exact day of shipment.
I ordered 3 lamps on that web site - the prices were very good, so I decided to give it a try. 3 weeks passed after the order date and all I get from them is silence. I called them 3 times, they promised to call me back and didn't. The worst thing is that they charge your credit card right away. |
