Our office is looking for an alternate supplier because our current supplier is too pricey. Overall the prices on Image Toner far out pace our current supplier, so that is good. We'll have to wait and see if the toner is comparable, better, or worse than our current supplier so I can't comment on that aspect as of yet.

Image Toner was very quick to respond to my first email, and then sent me a few emails after that to keep me up to date with the processing of my order. Excellent! I will definitely shop here again. I don't know yet the quality of the merchandise as I just received the order today and don't need to use the toner yet. But I suspect it will be fine.

I haven't used the toner yet- it is a backup but so far everything about my order has been great. The product arrived in 3 days, well packed and sent via Fed Ex with shipping tracking. The toner set appears to be correct type for my printer. Assuming this toner works (it is not OEM toner), I will gladly do busines with Image Toner again.

Question 6 does not apply to me as I ordered on-line and everything to complete the purchase was done there. As far as shopping there in the future, I can only say yes at the moment as I have yet to put the toner cartridges to use and not sure how well they will perform in my color laser printer.
