I have shopped at In the Swim through the catalog and online and am completely happy with every aspect of their service. They have a great selection. Everything you could ever possibly need to maintain and enjoy your swimming pool or spa including chemicals, testing supplies, toys and games. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and received my complete order by Tuesday morning! I thought I was being optimistic by expecting it Thursday. All products came true to their description and their prices (my main reason for shopping there) have been consistently the lowest I can find, and I always shop around. I e-mailed the customer service representative on Monday for shipping information and received a response by that afternoon. He was polite and attentive enough that I would guess, if ever there is a problem, it would be taken care of in a similar manner. Overall, I am very satisfied and plan to keep my business with In the Swim.
