Inksite has excellent customer service. One of the very few companies with outstanding service. They're prices are cheap and they don't charge enormous shipping fees. On the contrary, the box indicated a shipping cost of $4.55 and they only charged me $3.85.

The compatible replacement ink did not work-caused the an erroneous paper jam indication when ever printing was tried. Caused the printer to cycle repeatedly and indicate a paper jam. Impossible to stop printer-power had to be removed to stop the cycle. The Epson ink worked OK. Not worth my time to send back, will not order this type compatable refilled cartridge in the future. It looks like Epson laid a trap for all ink other than their overpriced brand. The company Inksite seems OK, refilled ink no-good.

I've ordered from inksite.com several times. They always seem to have the lowest prices on original brand HP and Epson cartridges and they alway ship the same day I order. HP recently changed their C5011AN inkjet cartridge and renumbered it as C5011DN.   Read full review...
