Iowaink has always provided excellent service. One minor problem was not their fault...the manufacturer had put a black cartridge in color cartridge packaging. (I kept the black cartridge, too) Quality of ink is excellent, performing every bit as well as cartidges costing three times the price. Shipping is prompt, arriving within 3-4 days by UPS. Five stars!!

I have made several orders from Iowa Ink and they have always sent my order in a timely manner and always been correct. I contacted tech support once and they offered to replace product if I returned it, but we found an alternative solution.
