I ordered a 23" Acer Monitor from J&R.  I did not pay for special delivery but it arrived within 9 days after it was shipped.  My only concern was the delay in shipping the unit to me.  It took about a week to ship.  I was not in a hurry but I wish the online status tool provided  more information on the delay - was it out of stock, issue with clearing debit card, mis-match billing and shipping address, etc. 

I ended up calling customer service to make sure everything was ok since I was shipping it to a different address than the billing address.  The wait time was short and they were able to pull up my information quickly.  The agent was very helpful and courteous. She assured me that there was no problem.  Shortly after that my monitor was shipped and I was able to track its progress via UPS. 
I got the monitor in good condition and I am really pleased with it. The monitor has great resolution and I like that fact that it has a built in speaker.  I do a lot of spreadsheet work and I love the fact that I can see most of my data set without having to mouse over. 
Overall I am satisfied with the ordering process and the product.
